We are Gregg and Sandra Hanks and we have recently taken over
All French Services. For the last 20 years we have been travelling the globe and feel it is time we settled in one place!
We have spent the last six years at the Hamptons, Long Island, New York. Gregg is a qualified Marine Chief Engineer by trade,
with a background of Project Management. This included the construction of three individual Feadship Yachts ranging from
47 metres to 65 metres at De Vries Scheepsbouw, Aalsmeer, Holland in the 1980's and early 1990's. During the mid 1990's to 2001
he acted as an Engineering Consultant for an established company. From 2001 to 2007, he was a Project Manager for SES, New
York building houses ranging from $1 million to $20 million dollars in the famous Hamptons area. Gregg also has the NESPA
Qualified Pool and Spa Operator Certificate. Sandra has a secretarial/book keeping background, has worked on Feadship Yachts,
ran a cleaning company based in Hampshire with her sister and while she was in America, worked as a House Manager on a large
estate in the Hamptons. We hope the wealth of experience we have both accumulated in the past can be to your benefit and peace of mind.
We believe and hope that All French Services fulfills a very important
need in the real estate world in Southwest France. If you do not live here but would like to
buy or consider buying a house in France, we will be your eyes and ears. We can
preview properties for you and provide you with in depth reports and
pictures from every imaginable angle on various properties. You will then be
ready to visit one or two select properties based on your review of our reports. This is invaluable
in saving you travel time and expense and, in many cases, saves you from making an unsuitable purchase due
to your inability to properly review properties. We work for YOU and no one else. Unlike a real estate
agent, you are our concern, not the seller!
Another of our services is caretaking. If you own a house in which you
spend only a part of the year and need someone to look after your interests in your absence, we can
take care of any need that might arise, including general maintenance and cleaning, pool care, and
other more specialized services particular to your needs.
We also list and broker properties for private sale and holiday
rental. These selected properties are handled by us with our usual attention to making sure our
clients are satisfied.
